I really enjoyed my stay at this place. The location was perfect, right at the crossroads of two busy roads in downtown. The bustling atmosphere added a unique charm to my experience. The staff provided exceptional service, from the 24-hour room service to the friendly bell staff. The room amenities were excellent, with air conditioning, a mini-bar, and even ironing facilities. I also appreciated the flat-screen TV and the comfortable sitting area. the hotel provided a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Part of the restaurant staff don't speak fluent english. Room Wi Fi is free but signal is very low, with frequent disconnections.

Very dirty, noisy hotel. Do not take the buffet option at dinner as selection is very poor. Got food poisoning at this hotel!!

Great value and location for a weekend away. the hotel offers a comfortable stay for a fair price with lovely views of the city from the balcony. the European decor and architecture gives a unique touch to the hotel.

The staff was not responsive to our needs. We called multiple times for room service and it was never answered.

Rooms are small but nice. They have great amenities - l'occitane shampoo and body wash, bose stereo, free wifi, good chanels (not common in cn)' etc.... Staff is friendly ad restaurant has great food and very good service.

The sorrounding street can be quite noisy. Many honky hons and very heavy trafi. Still was easy to find taxi at the hotel area.
